About Us

The Borrego Springs Community Resource Center is a nonprofit outreach hub located in the heart of Borrego Springs.

We provide direct support to individuals and families by offering access to food, transportation, social services, and free community programs.

Each week, we operate a food bank on Tuesdays and run a rideshare reimbursement program to help residents reach essential services like grocery stores and medical appointments outside the area. We also host free classes and workshops, from computer literacy to wellness activities—check our Events Calendar for the latest offerings.

Once a month, county and state programs like Medi-Cal, CalFresh, and CalWORKs are available at the CRC to assist with enrollment and other support services.

We’re here to ensure that everyone in Borrego Springs has access to what they need to live healthy, connected, and empowered lives.

Our Mission

To provide a full range of social support services to the Borrego Springs community, especially to those most in need. We work to ensure access to basic necessities like food and transportation for all.

Our Vision

We envision a Borrego Springs where no one goes hungry, where transportation is not a barrier to care, and where community connection helps everyone thrive.
